The Columbiana County Educational Service Center held its annual Student Art Show and honored all of the participants at an awards ceremony at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments were provided and served by the CTC culinary students. Wendy Sternagle — an art educator in the public school system for 32 years and past adjunct professor at Kent State where she taught art education to education majors — was the judge for this year’s art show.
